Please do not return items to the address shown on the shipping label or waybill. That address belongs to the carrier’s warehouse and is not our return facility.

If the return is due to our error—such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item—we will cover the return shipping cost.
No restocking fees will be charged for returns under these circumstances.
